Sonny Albarado is the new president of The Society of Professional Journalists. He was sworn in at the RTDNA/SPJ convention in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Sonny plans to focus his leadership on making SPJ a stronger more diverse organization. He’s the third Latino to lead SPJ as president in the history of the organization.
