Mario Fraticelli is a deputy editor for ESPN. He oversees content for ESPNDeportes.com and ESPNDeportesLosAngeles.com and is based in ESPN's Los Angeles office.
Prior to joining ESPN Deportes, he was Managing Editor for the Fox Sports en Espanol’s web site and also had a stint as sports editor for Univision’s digital media division.
Before he began his career as a sports editor, he experienced the intensity of sports as a volleyball player. The discipline of volleyball allowed him to explore the international arena while playing for Puerto Rico's National Team in countries such as Mexico (Central American and the Caribbean Games, 1990) and Cuba (Pan American Games, 1991).
